LEGAL NOTICE

PUBLIC HEARING

JANUARY 12, 2026, AT 7:15 PM

Please note that the Planning Board of the Town of Geneseo will hold a PUBLIC HEARING for FINAL APPROVAL of the LARRY WRIGHTMAN subdivision, located at 3409 North Road, Geneseo, tax map #64.1-42.2. The total property area is 17.38 acres to be divided into two lots. The owner plans to sell Lot 1, on the west side of North Road, measuring 9.1052 acres, to Kim McGann, and to sell Lot 2, on the east side of North Road, measuring 8.282 acres.

The hearing will be held on the date and time specified above at the Town Offices, located at 4630 Millennium Drive. At that time, all interested parties will have the opportunity to speak. Additional information about this project is available on the Town website, from the Code Officer, or at the Town Office.
