ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

RESCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

TUESDAY, APRIL 14, 2026, at 7:00 PM

        Please note that the Zoning Board of Appeals, Town of Geneseo, will hold the following Public Hearing pursuant to Town Law. At the above date and time, an application by Weis Meridian LLC (Kirt Burghdorf), 4328 Country Club Rd., Tax Map 72.-1-38.1, will be considered for FRONT YARD AREA VARIANCES. The purpose of their variance application is to build a Pole Barn Residence with attached Garage, with a 65’ variance. The proposed project is requesting a deviation from the Town zoning code for the following sections: Zoning 106, attachment 1, Rural Residential District and Agricultural Zoning District, B permitted uses, number 1, Single-Family dwelling with the minimum setback of 120’. Therefore, the above Public Hearing will be held.

Beginning at the above time, at the above location, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear any person or persons in support of, or in opposition to, the above-said application. Those unable to attend the above public hearing may submit written comments to the Town Office a week prior, addressed to ZBA. The file is also available at the Town Office, 4630 Millennium Drive, (585-991-5000) by appointment.
